SOREN HOLDING ApS was founded in 2003 by chairman Daniel Kim Soren. Soren provides direct-access trade execution and clearing services to active traders, professional and institutional clients across five asset classes: stocks, cryptocurrencies, currencies, indices and commodities.

Our commissions are 70% lower than those of leading competitors. Clear tariffs help clients understand the cost of an operation before placing an order.
Crypto spot trades: 0.024% of trade value. US stocks: USD 0.0045 per share, with a minimum of USD 0.225 per order. Spread and applicable financing are accounted for separately.
Crypto pairs sit alongside other asset classes in the same terminal. Clients can buy, sell and follow their positions through their Soren account.
Asset quantities, positions and account operations remain part of one portfolio and trading history.
A presale offers an asset at a fixed purchase price. Acquired quantities appear in the portfolio, with the instrument’s terms available before a purchase.
When an asset is listed in Soren, its chart begins and trading becomes available in the same terminal.
The client area and terminal work on computers and phones without installing software. Soren is a web platform, available wherever you can open your browser.
Desktop panels and focused mobile screens adapt the workspace to the device you use.
Enable two-factor authentication in your profile to require a code from your authenticator app at sign-in. This adds a second check alongside your password.
HTTPS and TLS protect information in transit. You can change your password and manage two-factor authentication in the client area.
Client funds, the regulatory framework and the protection of information form distinct parts of our approach.
Client funds are held separately from company funds at leading banks and financial institutions. They are not used to finance Soren’s business activities.
Soren is licensed and regulated in several key jurisdictions. We comply with applicable operating requirements, rules for handling client funds and investor protection standards.
Connections to the website use HTTPS and modern TLS encryption to protect information in transit between your browser and Soren.
